蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸桿(gan)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)方(fang)法(fa) 蝸輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸桿(gan)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)很多,如(ru)切(qie)(qie)(qie)削(xue)(xue)、鑄造、軋制、沖壓等,其(qi)(qi)中常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)是切(qie)(qie)(qie)削(xue)(xue)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)。切(qie)(qie)(qie)削(xue)(xue)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)方(fang)法(fa)分(fen)為成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)法(fa)和范(fan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)法(fa)兩類。 1.成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)法(fa) 成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)法(fa)是在銑(xian)床上用(yong)具(ju)有(you)漸開(kai)線齒形(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)銑(xian)刀(dao)(dao)直接切(qie)(qie)(qie)出齒形(xing)(xing)(xing)。常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)有(you)圓盤銑(xian)刀(dao)(dao)和指狀(zhuang)銑(xian)刀(dao)(dao)兩種(zhong)。切(qie)(qie)(qie)齒加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)時,銑(xian)刀(dao)(dao)旋(xuan)轉,同(tong)(tong)時輪(lun)(lun)(lun)坯(pi)沿齒輪(lun)(lun)(lun)軸線方(fang)向移動。銑(xian)出一(yi)個(ge)齒槽(cao)以后(hou),將輪(lun)(lun)(lun)坯(pi)轉過(guo)360°/z,再銑(xian)第(di)二(er)個(ge)齒槽(cao)。其(qi)(qi)余(yu)依此(ci)類推。 這(zhe)種(zhong)切(qie)(qie)(qie)齒方(fang)法(fa)簡單(dan),不(bu)需要(yao)專用(yong)機床,但生產(chan)(chan)率低,精度(du)(du)低,故僅適(shi)用(yong)單(dan)件或小(xiao)批量生產(chan)(chan)及精度(du)(du)要(yao)求不(bu)高的(de)(de)齒輪(lun)(lun)(lun)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)。 2.范(fan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)法(fa) 范(fan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)法(fa)是利用(yong)齒輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)嚙合原理進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)齒輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)。這(zhe)種(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)強(qiang)制刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)同(tong)(tong)工(gong)件(輪(lun)(lun)(lun)坯(pi))相對運動同(tong)(tong)時進行(xing)切(qie)(qie)(qie)削(xue)(xue)。它們(men)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)運動關系(xi)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)對齒輪(lun)(lun)(lun)嚙合一(yi)樣,以此(ci)來保證齒形(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)正確和分(fen)齒的(de)(de)均勻。對于模數(shu)m和壓力(li)角a都相同(tong)(tong)而齒數(shu)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)齒輪(lun)(lun)(lun),可以用(yong)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)進行(xing)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)。
